We understand that plans can change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order at NKP.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, log in to your account and visit the My Orders section, or contact us at support@nkp.in with your order number.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to return the product after delivery under our Return & Exchange Policy.
3. Refund on Cancellation
- Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
- COD Orders: No charge is applied for cancelled COD orders since payment was not collected.
4. Partial Cancellation
If you have placed an order with multiple items, you may cancel individual items before the order is shipped. The refund will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Cancellation by NKP
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information error on the website
- Payment verification failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
