3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Undeliverable Orders
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nkp.in with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
