Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any alterations, stains, or damage caused after delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear and undergarments
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Customised or personalised products
- Items with removed tags or signs of use
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your NKP account and navigate to My Orders.
- Select the order and item you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose your reason for the return/exchange and submit the request.
- You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@nkp.in with your order number and reason for the return.
5. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect products, return shipping is free.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of request.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- For exchange requests, the replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
